Envision
PTP works closely with you and your teams to see today's and tomorrow's customer relationships from the customer's vantage point. The teams define initiatives, strategies and expected results.
Upon completion of the Envision stage, clients will have the information necessary to prioritize the highest impact customer relationship projects.
Design
PTP helps define the scope of CRM business processes and associated applications to be designed and developed. This stage includes the evaluation of CRM solutions and the various forms of implementation from online to on premise.
At the conclusion of the Design stage, clients will have a blueprint that details CRM business process enhancements, system and application recommendations and expected business performance metrics.
Grow
PTP iteratively builds, modifies and delivers CRM and Social CRM applications, which may include the integration of legacy and third party software. This stage is aimed at producing the tangible results that were identified in the Envision and Design stages.
When the Grow stage concludes, clients will have the ability to educate, interact and engage with customers in new ways resulting in broader customer relationships, increased customer participation and higher levels of success.
Evolve
PTP establishes a model for ongoing customer engagement, process evolution and application development to ensure benefits capture over time, enhancement opportunity identification and new feature implementation.
Given the iterative nature of the Cleantech EDGE Approach™, the Evolve stage can include all stages of the approach starting with Envision.
