John Podlipnik
Chief Executive Officer/President
John is PTP’s founder and has a proven track record in growing start-up businesses in the information technology marketplace. With over 25 years of experience, John has experience in all aspects of IT consulting having provided strategic consulting and software solutions to the largest public and private entities. Prior to PTP, John was Vice President of American Management Systems, where he established the Sacramento office and pioneered the delivery performance-based solutions to the largest State of California departments.
Jeff Forderer
Vice President, Contact Center Solutions
Jeff Forderer joined PTP in 2004 to launch and manage the Contact Center Solutions practice. Jeff is a results oriented leader with 15 years of experience leading and managing complex projects and teams to help organizations manage their customer interactions through the intelligent use of technology. Before joining PTP, Jeff was a Senior Manager in ScanSoft's (Nuance) Professional Services Organization. In this role, he managed some of the largest and most complex projects, overseeing a team of project managers, technical architects, user interface designers, and application developers, and serving as a liaison between the professional services organization and the product teams.
Manuel Luna
Vice President, Government Solutions
Manuel has been providing IT services and solutions to private and public organizations since 1980. Manuel is experienced in providing all aspects of systems consulting to some of the largest entities in the United States. His leadership has spanned project delivery, business development, and account management. His project delivery experience includes management consulting (e.g., systems planning), mega-sized systems integration projects, to management of organizations IT environment. His business development experience includes working with clients on innovative and ground breaking procurement approaches (e.g., performance based) that consistently exceeded clients objectives on nationally recognized large complex systems integration projects. Prior to PTP, he was a Director at American Management Systems where he was responsible for project delivery, account management and business development. Prior to AMS, Mr. Luna was an Account Executive at SHL Systemhouse where again he was responsible for project delivery, account management and business development.
Ronald E. Hamilton
Vice President, Security Consulting Solutions
Ron is responsible for the day-to-day operations of SCD as well as performing consulting engagements for clients. Ron has been working in the information technology industry for over 20 years with an emphasis on network design, implementation, and security. Ron has over 10 years of experience in Information Security. Prior to PTP, Ron was the Director of Vulnerability Assessment Services for American Management Systems (AMS). At AMS he performed web application vulnerability assessments against high-profile on-line transactional systems such as on-line banking, electronic trading, and other e-commerce systems for Fortune 50 clients.
Ken Crittendon
Vice President, Cleantech Solutions
Ken brings PTP over 15 years of experience building companies and commercializing technology in the Silicon Valley. He was a leader in the early commercialization of the Internet and has pursued Smart Grid commercialization since its inception. Ken organized Smart Grid industry events, consulted with venture backed Cleantech startups and mentored companies for The Cleantech Open. Prior to PTP, Ken held several senior management and consulting positions. At AT&T Yahoo! (formerly SBC/Pacific Bell) he invested $50M building the first TCP/IP commercial network in California and while at Scient became recognized for leading the development of eBay's network strategy. Ken gives back through education. He speaks to college students and serves on the boards of entrepreneurial organizations.
Lynn Olson
Director of Sales and Marketing
Lynn Olson joined PTP in May of 2007 as an Account Executive to help continue the rapid growth of the company. Over the past 13 years Lynn has developed a broad knowledge and experience in the contact center arena. From contact center technologies to unified messaging for the enterprise, Lynn has helped customers deploy effective and cost saving solutions. Lynn’s expertise revolves around sales development and channel management. Before joining PTP, Lynn was an Account Executive and Senior Sales Engineer at Nuance Communications (formerly SpeechWorks/ScanSoft), Technology Specialist for Speech Solutions at Microsoft, Senior Sales Engineer at Dictaphone, and Business Systems Engineer at Spanlink Communications.
